Well Organised Anarchists
The latest edition of Private Eye is up to its usual high standard.
The front cover has a picture of Mad Dog Colonel Gaddafi - but my favourite picture story comes from the recent TUC led 'anti-cuts' march in London.
The scene is a line of riot police holding back what looks like an angry mob of protesters - under the heading:
VIOLENCE MARRED BY PEACEFUL PROTEST
Underneath one of the police officers is saying: 'These anarchists are very well organised'.
As one of the protester's demands: 'No To Cuts ... except for the police obviously'.
The magazine also contains a spoof of Ed Miliband's speech to the marchers at Hyde Park - whom he famously compared to the Suffragettes, Civil Rights Movement and Anti-Apartheid Campaigners - which I'll post on the site if I get the time.
All good clean fun - and for only £1.50 every two weeks.
