A regular reader from Edinburgh has been in touch over recent developments in the male workers claims - see post dated 13 April 2011: 'Edinburgh Male Claimants'.

Never a truer word has been spoken, but things are now moving - at long last.

And just to confirm a point in relation to a few e-mail queries. 

Anyone who has left the council since first registering a claim with Action 4 Equality Scotland will be covered by this settlement - up to their last day of employment.
