South Lanarkshire
The tribunal hearing involving South Lanarkshire Council has been adjourned for the moment - with new dates set to conclude the case by the end of the year.
South Lanarkshire Council has parted company with its external job evaluation (JE) 'expert' - under mysterious circumstances and has been forced to find a new adviser at the eleventh hour.
No doubt more public money is involved - and maybe on this occasion the council will share the details - without the need for an FOI request.
The new dates set by the tribunal are as follows and will consider evidence from external JE advisers as well as final legal submissions:
November - 22nd, 23rd and 24th
December - 5th to 9th
December - 12th to 16th
December - 19th to 21st
As ever individual claimants are entitled to attend and witness the proceedings - first hand.
