Winners and Losers

The Independent on Sunday has an interesting opinion poll today - here are a few  results which caught my eye.

1 Scotland should be an independent country

Agree 49% ( +11)
Disagree (34% ( -9)

2 Ed Miliband is turning out to be a good leader of the Labour Party

Agree 22%
Disagree 50%

Apparently fewer than half (48%) of Labour supporters believe Ed Miliband is doing a good job

3 Same sex marriage should be legal in the UK

Agree 51%
Disagree 34%
Don't know 16%

So the big winners in this week's polls - appear to be Alex Salmond and supporters of same sex marriage - while Ed Miliband's ratings continue to go through the floor.
