A regular reader has been in touch about the Case Management Discussion (CMD) which took place on Wednesday 10 August 2011 - involving South Lanarkshire Council.
Apparently the hearing was well attended - by around 15 or so claimants - who came and went during the day.
The CMD dealt with a number of importent issues regarding pay information - which will be revisited when the South Lanarkshire cases resume on Wednesday 31st August 2011.
After that there are various hearing dates listed all the way through September - and into October 2011.
All of these dates will be published nearer the time - and individual claimants again are entitled to attend.
The venue will - as usual - be the Employment Tribunal off at 215 Bothwell Street, Glasgow - as hort walk from Central Station.
