Heart Stopping Prices

Ryanair was in the headlines last week - over a story that the budget airline had charged a passenger for a sandwich and a soft drink - after the poor chap suffered a cardiac arrest during a flight.

Apparently the passenger - Per-Erik Jonsson (63) - lost consciousness on a flight from Sweden.

The captain offered to divert the plane and seek medical attention - but the man's travelling companion who claimed to be a nurse - said this was not necessary and that some simple refreshments would do the trick.

Now quite why this should result in a 'bad press' for Ryanair is beyond me - some people just seem to have it in for the airline - when they really have nothing to complain about.

I use Ryanair on a regular basis - and I've always found the service basic which is what you expect of course - but excellent value for money.

Some folks are never happy - it appears.
