The last annual report and published accounts from the Edinburgh Rape Crisis Centre (2022-23) make very interesting reading.

In that year ERCC received donations worth £1,064,386 from the Scottish Government and £406,093 from the Tampon Tax Fund.

Jim Sillars is spot on about the dreadful personality cult which allowed Peter Murrell and Nicola Sturgeon to run the SNP as a 'Mr & Mrs' tag team for years. What's astonishing is that SNP members - party activists, councillors, MSPs and MPs - turned a blind eye to things for so long  which helps explain why the SNP is in such a terrible mess today.
