4-Year-Olds and 'Non Binary' Teachers

What would your advice be to this teacher who is asking for help in how to explain to 4-year-olds that s/he is neither a girl or a boy?

Mine would be - get another job outside teaching as this has nothing to do with schools or young kids.

SNP - 'Mr&Mrs' Politburo

Jim Sillars is spot on about the dreadful personality cult which allowed Peter Murrell and Nicola Sturgeon to run the SNP as a 'Mr & Mrs' tag team for years. What's astonishing is that SNP members - party activists, councillors, MSPs and MPs - turned a blind eye to things for so long  which helps explain why the SNP is in such a terrible mess today.
