Organ Grinders, Public Money and SNP Ministers

Creative Scotland and Calmac are Scottish Government agencies - quangos which come under the direct oversight of SNP ministers.

Yet both are in the headlines again for making a mess of the way in which they spend public money.

Creative Scotland for wasting tens of thousands on taxpayer funded porn while Calmac is getting fined £316,00 a month in poor performance penalties.

Maybe it's time to hold the organ grinders to account and not just the monkeys?
