Did You Come Up The Clyde On A Bicycle?
Janey Godley's ill-health is a complete red herring, of course, because it's the First Minister's poor judgement that's at issue for promoting a friend and political ally to become the face of an important public health campaign. This is hilarious. The lengths these people will go to, in order to protect “one of their own”

What’s “vile” about this? - it might be a tad insensitive but when it comes to vile insensitivity Godley wrote the book https://t.co/ke6lGxE5pL
They weren’t historic tweets, Godley tweeted abuse right up until the moment she finally got publicly called out and had been for over 10 years. Godley also regularly used casual racism during her podcasts. Cancer isn’t a get out of jail card, unless you’re SNP of course. pic.twitter.com/KOvxi6ZbAi

Did You Come Up The Clyde On A Bicycle? (December 19, 2021)
Not many Glaswegians have come up the Clyde on a bicycle though we are renowned for our great sense of humour - which is just as well.
Because we are being asked to believe that Janey Godley's appointment to a starring TV role by Scottish Ministers was solely about promoting a public health message - and had nothing to do with promoting Nicola Sturgeon, the SNP and independence.

It's amazing how all these SNP luminaries (including the First Minister) were totally unaware, allegedly, of Janey Godley's ghastly behaviour on social media.
I mean even I knew and I was blocked on Twitter by Janey long ago, just for 'pulling her leg', but do all her followers and friends in high places think the rest of us came up the Clyde on a bicycle?
