Plant-Based Pasta Heaven



Now here's a dish my favourite Vegan (Pauline) would love: a vegetarian pasta sauce made from the following plant-based ingredients:

Red onions
Aubergine
Courgette 
Mushrooms
Carrots
Red, Yellow and Green peppers
Garden Peas
Broccoli 
Garlic (several cloves)
White wine
Tinned tomatoes
Tomato puree
Black olives
Rigatoni pasta 
Salt and pepper 
Parmesan cheese (not for the Vegans, of course)
