Happy New Year everyone and all the best for 2019!
There's so much to write about after the festive break I hardly know where to start, but I plan to do so later today - so watch this space!
As far as equal pay is concerned the onus is on Glasgow City Council to come up with settlement proposals which compensate the claimants for the pay and pensions they have lost out on after 12 years (and counting) of working under the 'unfit for purpose' WPBR.
If not, thousands of outstanding cases will be heading back to the Employment Tribunals (further hearings are already scheduled for February) and the fight for equal pay in Glasgow will be back on with a vengeance.
