Can A Rapist Be A 'Woman'
"Nicola Sturgeon has repeatedly been unable to answer this particular question...Kate Forbes has said that no rapist can be a woman...So, who is right?"

An astonishing 'non-answer' to an important question put to Scotland's justice minister, Keith Brown.
Under Scots law only a man can be convicted of rape as the crime involves penetration with a penis and only men (biological males) have penises, of course.
Maybe Keith is following Nicola's example for fear of falling foul of the SNP's loony guidance on what constitutes 'transphobia'?
SNP Transphobia Rules Break The Law (February 22, 2023)
So now we have it - the real reason Nicola Sturgeon would not call a male rapist a 'man' appears to be that such a truthful description of Adam 'Isla Bryson' Graham could fall foul of SNP guidance on what constitutes transphobia.
Now this is completely ludicrous as well as dangerous, because it is against the law to punish people or discipline for refusing to believe in self-ID and gender ideology.
Which is just just as well since that involves the vast majority of Scots who do not agree that men can magically transform themselves into women - just by declaring themselves to be women.
