Donald Trump is the only American president to tick all the boxes in the brilliant Venn Diagram - he's the only occupant of the White House to have been impeached, to serve only one term and to have lost the popular vote twice (twice).

 

Trump Speaks the Truth - For Once! (21/11/20)

Hold the front page Donald Trump speaks the truth for once:

"Every four years we gather on these steps to carry out the orderly and peaceful transfer of power. And we are grateful to President Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama for their gracious aid throughout this transition - they have been magnificent." 

The only fly in the ointment for Team Trump is that the President's own words make his press spokesperson, Kayleigh McEnany, out to be a completely unprincipled, bare-faced liar.

SNP - Conspiracy of Silence

So here's the issue - two Glasgow MSPs (Nicola Sturgeon and Humza Yousaf) have been asked a reasonable question about their use of public money to employ two SNP councillors who already have full-time, salaried jobs as senior elected members of Glasgow City Council.   But these two public servants (both long-serving ministers) refuse to answer, so what to do next? One regular reader suggests raising the matter on the floor of the Scottish Parliament which is a good idea, but requires an MSP who's prepared to put down a written question for Scottish Ministers to answer.
