Dutch Pepper Cake - It's Spicy Man!


Dutch Pepper Cake is the latest addition to my baking repertoire and boasts an unusual spice mix which includes black pepper, nutmeg, cardamon, cloves, ginger, cinnamon, star anise, cumin and coriander. 

It's spicy and very different - and all it needs is some butter or nice a jam!
