Kemi Badenoch MP makes a cogent, powerful and passionate case for standing up to the zealotry which put gender ideology ahead of the care and safety of vulnerable young people at the Tavistock clinic in London. The SNP has serious questions to answer over its inept handling of a series of sexual misconduct scandals.  Far from being a party of zero tolerance the SNP's instinct is to 'close ranks' and protect the accused who denies all wrongdoing and tries to brazen things out. Not only is this happening right under the noses of party leaders - the SNP leadership seems to be involved.

The Sunday Mail's latest revelations about the SNP's failure to act in response to serious sexual harassment allegations is truly shocking. I'm looking forward to the Euro women's football final between England and Germany later today - it's been an excellent tournament so far with lots of great goals and eye-catching play. I hope England win because it will provide a huge boost to the women's game right across the UK.

I really enjoyed the England vs Sweden women's football match last night.  The final 4-0 score flattered England a bit, but they were the much better team on the night, took their chances and fired in some great goals. I haven't heard gender ideologues demanding that 'more balls' be allowed into the women's game of late, but if they do I imagine they'll now be given very short shrift. 

It's frightening to think that if the trans bullies and zealots got their way, Dr David Bell would by now have been silenced and his views about safeguarding children criminalised. Gender ideologues brook no debate or challenge - and use intimidation, threats and social media campaigns to cancel their critics. But the good news is that thanks to people like Kathleen Stock, Maya Forstater, Alison Bailey, Joanna Cherry, JK Rowling and Dr David Bell the tide is turning.  

Episode 5 of 'Nolan Investigates - Stonewall' focuses on a fascinating interview with Dr David Bell, a consultant psychiatrist, who blew the whistle on the reckless practices of gender ideologues at the Tavistock clinic in London. The clinic's gender identity services are now being shut down after an independent review by Dr Hilary Cass. Not all heroes wear capes and thank heavens for people like Dr Bell - well worth a listen.

Julie Bindel responds to Stonewall's latest bizarre claim in support of gender ideology that: "children as young as 2 recognise their trans identity." 'Bonkers, beyond belief' - is justified in the circumstances.

The significance of Bailey/Forstater is that it's unlawful to victimise people for disagreeing with gender ideology and it's perfectly reasonable to hold the view that trans women are not women but men, biologically speaking. So it must also be reasonable to argue and stand up for single sex spaces which exclude men - even if these men identify as women. Employers and service providers are now on notice, especially those slavishly following Stonewall's advice.   

Stonewall are irretrievably damaged goods in the wake of the Alison Bailey case.  Stonewall complained about Bailey, a black lesbian barrister, to her employer Garden Court Chambers (GCC) - who upheld the complaint instead of telling Stonewall to 'get lost'. In upholding Stonewall's bogus complaint the employment tribunal found that GCC discriminated against Bailey and victimised Bailey for her beliefs. So much for Stonewall's advice and expertise - I suspect lots of their clients are now running for the door!
