Big Night Out (10 April 2020)



Tonight's 'Big Night Out' is about to get underway and I am going to start the evening with one of my favourite lagers - a Sapporo from Japan.



Here are some photos from last Saturday's menu which featured Tapas-style dishes from Spain.




Gazpacho - a cold but really tasty tomato-based soup garnished with Jamon and hard-boiled egg (recipe to follow)




Pan con tomate - DIY style which means you rub garlic and a ripe tomato over stale bread followed by some good olive oil (recipe to follow).




A selection of Tapas - Ensalada Rusa (potato salad with root vegetables and tuna), good Spanish olives, Jamon de Serrano, L'Escala Anchovies, Escalivada (roasted aubergines, onions, and peppers).
