Banana and Mint Smoothies

Here's a great and healthy drink to start the day - Banana and Mint Smoothies.

2 ripe bananas - peeled
1 roughly chopped apple - pears, melons, and mangoes are all good as well
A big handful of mint leaves
200 mls of milk 
3 tablespoons of unsweetened yoghurt

Put all the ingredients in a nice jug - add a few ice cubes if you want to serve cold - and blitz everything with a hand blender for a minute of two.

No need for added sugar as the fruit is naturally sweet.
