Not A Cult?

Trans activists deny their movement is a cult, but it's hard to disagree with the charge when you see videos like this with trans zealots wishing they had breast cancer in order to have a mastectomy and flat chest.

How crazy is that and how can surgery solve what is clearly a mental health issue.
