Rishi Sunak makes fun of a rival politician, Ed Davey, who says men can magically declare themselves to be women and that a woman can have a penis.

"Women can 'quite clearly' have a penis, the Lib Dem leader Ed Davey said this week, and on hearing that my first thought was: I wish!

"Since women can 'quite clearly' have one, how, I wonder, might one be attained?......Do John Lewis do them?"

By the way, Ed Davey thinks he can run (or at least help run) the country.
