A timely reminder from the blog archive that Nicola's Sturgeon's right-hand woman, former Cllr Mhairi Hunter, lost her Govanhill (Glasgow Southside Central) council seat to Elaine Gallagher - a man self-identifying as a woman.

Now that is funny!

Kentucky Fried Seagull

Hugh Fearnley Whitingstall is one of my favourite - and endearingly bonkers - TV chefs.
