➡️ £373m is resource (ie for day to day spend) which is 0.8% of the Budget
➡️ £207m is for capital (ie big infrastructure projects)
3. On capital, lockdown had a big impact on infrastructure projects so there was slippage across the UK on capital. The projects will be completed but many required funding this financial year rather than last financial year.

Astonishing behaviour from Scotland's finance minister who takes to social media in an effort to rebut fair, reasonable and constructive criticism from the independent public spending watchdog, Audit Scotland.
Why in God's name is Kate Forbes using a personal Twitter account to comment on matters of important government business?
Nowhere is her comments does Kate Forbes accept Audit Scotland's criticism that the Scottish Government needs to be more open and transparent.
