Will Scotland's Care Home Staff Get 4% Pay Rise This Year?

 

Will Scottish Ministers stump up up the cash to ensure staff in Scotland's residential care homes get a 4% pay rise this year? 

Because Scotland's care home staff have been on the front in the battle against Covid-19 and deserve no less than their colleagues in the NHS.
