Gangs, Critics and Scotland's Government
Alex Bell: Scotland shown to be in a rotten state as gang ethos takes over government https://t.co/9sbp1N8Tqa pic.twitter.com/PO0UIVc0k6

Alex Bell worked at the heart of the Scottish Government when Alex Salmond was First Minister.
But I think it's fair to say AB was a thoughtful critic of AS while Nicola Sturgeon was still insisting Salmond 'had not got a sexist bone in his body'.
AB's opinion column is well worth a read.
"The great lesson of the Salmond fiasco is how bullied Scotland looks, its institutions and procedures all running scared in the face of two rival titans of the public stage.
"Frequently the issue looked more like rival gangs in a street fight than a sincere effort to seek justice for the complainants."
Protesting Too Much (24/03/21)
Nicola Sturgeon complained about being 'bullied' yesterday which made me laugh.
Because Nicola sits at the head of the Scottish Government where a small army of people do their best to make her look good every day - while her husband Peter Murrell is head of the SNP, Scotland's party of government for the past 14 years.
