A number of readers have got touch to say that people are wary of sharing comments on the ongoing fight for equal pay in Glasgow and North Lanarkshire because of possible reprisals from council management.
Now it's true that council staff should not be using social media to comment about private and personal matters at work, but that doesn't mean people can't express a point of view or have their say about the way their employer is behaving.
And there's always more than one way to skin a cat,of course.
