Glasgow City Council
The long awaited decision regarding second wave claims in Glasgow has finally been released by the Employment Tribunal and the news is not good - because the tribunal judgement went against the claimants.
Here's a statement that's been relaxed by Fox and Partners Solicitors on behalf of Action 4 Equality Scotland clients - more details will follow as soon as they become available.

We have today received the Tribunal’s decision in this case and regrettably the panel have found against the claimants. The ET judgment runs to some 190 pages so we require time to carefully analyse this judgment and consider whether we have grounds of appeal. We have 42 days within which to lodge any appeal. We will therefore be meeting with our legal team in the New Year to consider our next course of action.
We are naturally disappointed by this decision. We would appreciate your continued patience and cooperation. Please do not call our office. We will post a further update on our website when we have any further news. Please visit www.foxandpartners.co.uk
