Muggers Jailed
One of the better news stories to emerge this week is that the two men who robbed Ashraf Rossli during last summer's riots in London - were both sent to jail.
Ashraf Rossli - a young Malaysian student had his jaw broken in two places after a violent attack and two men appeared to come to his aid - John Kafunda and Reece Donovan.
But Kafunda and Donovan were intent on robbing Rossli - not helping him - but were caught on someone's mobile phone which subsequently ended up on You Tube.
So the two muggers were finally jailed the other day - for four and five years respectively - which seems like a fitting punishment for the cowardly crimes.
The third man - Beau Isagba - who broke Ashraf Rossli's jaw in a completely unprovoked assault before stealing his bike - was also jailed last week for seven years.
Now I know that CCTV and mobile phones have their critics - but it seems to me that they have both played a bit part in bringing these criminals to justice.
Otherwise they would all have got away - Scot-free as they say
