SNP Spending Priorities
SNP ministers are having to cut the winter fuel allowance in Scotland because they choose to spend public money on other things such as free bus travel for under 22-year-olds.

I didn't realise the SNP's latest free bus travel scheme was so costly - over £100 million a year apparently.
But this is kind of choice governments face: should they spend public money on free bus travel for under 22-year-olds - or on a winter fuel allowance for pensioners?
Which is the greater priority?
