Self-ID, Public Money and Good Causes

It's perfectly normal for the loser in a civil court case to pay the legal costs of the winner - all the more so when the losing side has has pursued a hopeless case.

If I were Alister Jack, I would donate the money recovered to campaign groups in Scotland who have held Humza Yousaf to account and helped stop self-ID in its tracks.

Alister Jack should donate the UK government's recovered expenses to some good causes, eg For Women Scotland (FWS) whose campaigning work held SNP ministers and the Scottish parliament to account over the self-ID debacle.

Not least because SNP ministers continue to throw huge sums of public money at pro-trans lobby groups who are completely hostile to women's rights and the importance of single sex spaces.

SNP - Conspiracy of Silence

So here's the issue - two Glasgow MSPs (Nicola Sturgeon and Humza Yousaf) have been asked a reasonable question about their use of public money to employ two SNP councillors who already have full-time, salaried jobs as senior elected members of Glasgow City Council.   But these two public servants (both long-serving ministers) refuse to answer, so what to do next? One regular reader suggests raising the matter on the floor of the Scottish Parliament which is a good idea, but requires an MSP who's prepared to put down a written question for Scottish Ministers to answer.
