SNP - Over-Promising and Under-Delivering
The Herald can further reveal that since the fund was established the number of passenger journeys on local bus services in Scotland has actually fallen by nearly 25%.https://t.co/xsX2IAVxhf

The Herald reports on yet another example of SNP ministers making grandiose claims and failing to deliver on their promises.
"Five years ago the Scottish Government's Transport Scotland agency said the 'transformational' £500m fund aimed to deliver bus priority measures across Scotland and address a decline in passengers.
Five years later only £26.9 million has been spent (just over 5% of the £500 million target) and passenger journeys have fallen by nearly 25%.
Will anyone be held to account for this shambles?
