Scottish Secretary Alister Jack says the UK Government will seek its legal expenses from the Scottish Government after winning its case on Section 35.

Alister Jack should donate the UK government's recovered expenses to some good causes, eg For Women Scotland (FWS) whose campaigning work held SNP ministers and the Scottish parliament to account over the self-ID debacle.
Not least because SNP ministers continue to throw huge sums of public money at pro-trans lobby groups who are completely hostile to women's rights and the importance of single sex spaces.
