Peace, Ceasefires and Gaza

The SNP seems to regard its role over the Israel-Hamas war in Gaza as criticising or championing the cause of just one side.

I'm all in favour of peace, a ceasefire and a two-state solution, but there is no way this will happen while Hamas refuses to free all the hostages and end its murderous attacks on Israeli civilians. 

Hamas - Part Of Problem Not The Solution (January 24, 2024)

So Hamas has rejected a ceasefire in Gaza and has refused to free all of the innocent hostages who were kidnapped in southern Israel on October 7 2023.

Hamas remains committed to the destruction of Israel and is clearly intent on committing even more mass murders, rapes and kidnappings - instead of pursuing peace.
