Tribunal Hearings


April is a another busy month at the Glasgow Employment Tribunal with cases being heard invovling both North Lanarkshire and South Lanarkshire Councils.

North Lanarkshire Council

16 April 2013 - CMD (Case Management Discussion) Hearing


South Lanarkshire Council

22 to 30 April 2013 - RAE (Rated As Equivalent) Hearing

The tribunal normally gets underway at 10 am and breaks for lunch around 1pm - before concluding at 4pm or so.

The venue in both cases is the Glasgow Employment Tribunal, Eagle Building, 215 Bothwell Street, Glasgow, G2 7TS - a 10 minute walk from Central Station.

Action 4 Equality Scotland claimants are entitled to attend these hearings.

If you do go along, make yourself known to Carol Fox - who will be there on behalf of Fox and Partners Solicitors.
