Self-ID, the NHS and the SNP!

I've still to read all the newspaper editorial columns, but this one in the Scottish Sun is spot on.

Senior managers at NHS Fife ganged up on Sandie Peggie, suspended her without good cause and treated her far less favourably than another male member of staff.

Bullying, unprofessional behaviour in Scotland's NHS is unacceptable and as the buck stops with the CEO Carole Potter she ought to resign now - or be sacked.

SNP ministers are responsible too because they have been promoting the nonsense of self-ID and gender ideology in the NHS and other public services.

The policy started with Nicola Sturgeon and was pursued enthusiastically by the hapless Humza Yousaf.

I doubt John Swinney is a true believer, but he was Sturgeon's deputy while the madness took hold and is now too weak to trash Sturgeon' dreadful self-ID legacy. 

Men do not belong in women's single sex spaces.

Here's an astonishing email which has been sent to the 'Council Family' at Glasgow City Council by the council's chief executive Annemarie O'Donnell. Now I'm not part of the 'Council Family' but if I were, I'd be absolutely furious at the way the council's top boss has quietly glossed over her own role in creating Glasgow's ALEOs back in 2007 - and the fact that one of the main purposes for these arm's length companies was to try and assist the City Council to wriggle out of its obligations over equal pay.  Once the ALEOs were in place, senior and very highly paid officials argued that they were completely independent and separate employers from Glasgow City Council.
