Dogs' Dinners, Judges and Blaming Dummies

 The Original Crash Test Dummy

I really don't see how the employment judge in the Sandie Peggie case can possibly blame 'clerical error' for the dog's dinner Alexander Kemp has made of the tribunal's written decision.

The judge writes up the judgement - not the lowly clerical staff who can't speak up or answer back and the judge (supported by two other panel members) is required to sign the document off before publication.

What's needed is an urgent stewards' inquiry and for Judge Kemp to face the media and explain himself.
