Activist Language and Employment Tribunals

I've been disturbed by aspects of the tribunal's written decision in the Sandie Peggie v Fife Health Board case which is peppered with trans activist language (see post dated 9 December 2025 - 'Second Guessing the Supreme Court').

I think we should know more about the panel members - here's a biography of Alexander Kemp who appeared mainly for employers in tribunal hearings before becoming a full-time judge in 2018.

No surprise there, I suppose.

But who are the other two panel members - L Brown and C Russell - one should be from an employer background and the other from an employee/trade union background.

Does anyone have more information to share?
