Bullying Gang-Like Behaviour At NHS Fife

The fundamental issue at stake in Sandie Peggie's long running employment tribunal was the fairness of NHS Fife's behaviour towards a nurse of 30 years unblemished service.
The tribunal correctly found that senior managers in Fife took sides instead of behaving even-handedly, ganged up, conducted a flawed investigation and treated Sandie Peggie much less favourably than a male member of staff.
It follows, therefore, that heads should roll at NHS Fife because senior, very highly paid managers were acting in unprofessionally, in a partisan manner, as campaigners effectively, instead of doing their jobs without fear or favour.
