Single Sex Spaces, Supreme Court and Sex Matters

Maya Forstater from Sex Matters explains the significance of new EHRC statutory guidance on single sex spaces and what's at stake in Wednesday's UK Supreme Court judgement in the case of - For Women Scotland v The Scottish Ministers.
