Sir Peter Rubin (former chair of the General Medical Council) says no amount of surgery, drug treatment, self-identification, wishful thinking or shutting down of reasoned argument can turn a man into a woman - and to claim otherwise is flat-Earth territory.
Sir Keir Starmer should consider his letter as a discussion topic in secondary schools to challenge toxic masculinity and combat the spread of an illiterate ideology which has done so much harm, in particular to young women and men.
