Adult Human Females - Abstruse Legal Argument

Herald columnist Iain Macwhirter with his take on 'Woman - adult human female' and how an abstruse legal argument has managed to find its way to the top of the political agenda.  

"Stonewall says that women do have a right to single sex spaces but do not have a right to exclude transwomen from them, because such exclusion would be discriminatory under other provisions of the Act. This abstruse legal argument used to be very much on the fringes of political life. But it is about to become centre stage. Nicola Sturgeon says she has found a way of achieving self-ID without diminishing women's sex-based rights. Good luck with that. We'll know if and when she agrees that a woman is an adult human female."

SNP - Conspiracy of Silence

So here's the issue - two Glasgow MSPs (Nicola Sturgeon and Humza Yousaf) have been asked a reasonable question about their use of public money to employ two SNP councillors who already have full-time, salaried jobs as senior elected members of Glasgow City Council.   But these two public servants (both long-serving ministers) refuse to answer, so what to do next? One regular reader suggests raising the matter on the floor of the Scottish Parliament which is a good idea, but requires an MSP who's prepared to put down a written question for Scottish Ministers to answer.
