Should Humza Go?

The pressure is certainly building up on Humza Yousaf - this accident prone MSP now lives on the east side of Dundee while his Pollok constituency is two hours away (by car) on the south west side of Glasgow.

Humza has also had an appalling five months in his latest job as health minister.

Is Humza Having A Laugh? (July 17, 2021)

Scottish Ministers have been having a pretty torrid time of late and rightly so, especially after Nic, Humza and John all bunked off on holiday at the same time.

Humza complained that he was entitled to time off with his family which I agree with 100% , but this makes it all the more strange that Humza has decided to live in Broughty Ferry (east of Dundee) while he represents Glasgow Pollok, south west of Glasgow.

A two hour plus drive!

So what sense does that make if you're arguing for a better work/life balance, and what did Ms Sturgeon have to say about an SNP MSP living on one side of Scotland while representing a seat so far away - did the First Minister approve this arrangement?

Because this can't be good for Humza, his family or the constituents of Glasgow Pollok.

Buck Stops With Nicola (July 09, 2021)

The SNP are busy defending Humza Yousaf's trip to Harry Potter land, but Pete Wishart must have been left off the email list for some reason because he's launched a silly attack on a Conservative MP, father-of-two Greg Hands, for going on holiday with his family.

But Humza has a right to feel aggrieved if you ask me, because its his boss who deserves all the flak for allowing three senior Scottish Ministers to be away from their desks at the same time - in the middle of a Covid crisis.
