Smoked Mackerel Fish Cakes

The humble smoked mackerel is one of my favourite fish  and they make the most incredibly tasty fish cakes.

Recipe to follow - mackerel from Bernard Corrigan, a great  Fishmonger at 184-200 Howard Street, Glasgow, G1 4HW.

Another great local business and supplier to the restaurant trade which has been very badly affected by lockdown.
