I wonder why Evelyn Tweed was on holiday in the Caribbean while she was dialling into the Scottish Parliament to save the skin of the crank Green MSP Maggie Chapman?

I also wonder how an MSP can be at work and on holiday when the Scottish Parliament is sitting - at one and the same time?
