Eat More Fish!


Last night's dinner was a mixture of smoked fish (Mackerel - a favourite of mine) and vegetarian dishes - Couscous, broccoli in ginger, a simple tomato salad and roasted beetroot.  

I think smoked Mackerel is a superfood - tasty, healthy, sustainable and cheap compared to other varieties of fish.
