Operation 'Clean-Up' Glasgow!

What Glasgow needs are more bins, bigger bins and/or more frequently emptied bins (amongst other things, of course)!

But what we get is a public realm that's run-down and dirty - which just needs a wee 'spruce-up' according to the SNP - instead of a serious all party, joined-up campaign to get the city's mojo back - Operation 'Clean-Up' Glasgow!
