Self-ID and 'Class Actions'

Sounds to me like these self-ID cases could end up in a class action lawsuit and the trade unions could become target too - if they take the side of bullying employers against their own members.

The trade unions were guilty of the same lack of leadership during the long fight for equal pay in Scotland's councils, of course.
