Drunken Bums and Flight Bans

Don't you get totally fed up with these regular reports of drunken morons causing mayhem on planes and disrupting other people's travel plans?

Why don't the airlines and airports get together to weed out drunks from getting on board in the first place and if anyone causes a flight to be diverted - ban them for from all future air travel? 

That'll soon sober them up as they make their way home by bus and train!

Kentucky Fried Seagull
