Swinney and State Sponsored Abuse

The Scottish Prisons Service (SPS) is an arm of the SNP  Scottish Government led by John Swinney.

So it is accurate to say this policy of allowing male SPS officers (ie males who self-ID as women) to search female visitors amounts to state sponsored abuse.
