Scotland could all do with a period of silence from Nicola Sturgeon, but since there's no sigh of that happening here is another example of the former FM's political legacy - Humza 'Useless' Yousaf.

Kentucky Fried Seagull

Hugh Fearnley Whitingstall is one of my favourite - and endearingly bonkers - TV chefs.
