Tortilla, Madrid and Casa Dani



Casa Dani is one of my favourite places to visit whenever I'm in the Spanish capital, Madrid and it's open again for business which is great news.

Casa Dani is a great local cantina, not a fancy restaurant and one of its specialities is Tortilla which I make regularly myself.

One of the good things about being forced to spend more time at home is that I get to indulge my passion for cooking.

Here are two Tortillas I made the other day - the famous potato and onion omelette which can be found in just about every bar across Spain.

SNP - Conspiracy of Silence

So here's the issue - two Glasgow MSPs (Nicola Sturgeon and Humza Yousaf) have been asked a reasonable question about their use of public money to employ two SNP councillors who already have full-time, salaried jobs as senior elected members of Glasgow City Council.   But these two public servants (both long-serving ministers) refuse to answer, so what to do next? One regular reader suggests raising the matter on the floor of the Scottish Parliament which is a good idea, but requires an MSP who's prepared to put down a written question for Scottish Ministers to answer.
